Summary

The role of the ASeSS Executive Committee is to advise the ANU (which is governing the project) on:
- strategic plans for the ASeSS infrastructure
- business and marketing plans for the project
- budget allocations within the Project
- the general direction of implementation of the Project and associated delivery of services to users;
- arrangements for promotion of the Project to, and collaboration and cooperation with the national and international Social Science research community.

At it’s inception, the ASeSS Executive Committee members included:


  • The ASeSS Director, also the ASSDA Central Node Director - Deborah Mitchell;
  • Head ANUSF - Ben Evans
  • Director, UQ node - Mark Western
  • UQ Node - Michele Haynes
  • Director, UWA node - David Denemark
  • Director, UTS node - Alex Byrne
